Refund policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie and bodywear items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report a defective or damaged item, please contact us at yugeeryi@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the defect.
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement of the same item
- A full refund to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Sale items and gift cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, this right does not apply to underwear and intimate apparel that has been unsealed after delivery.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at yugeeryi@gmail.com.
