Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. 
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship internationally from China. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days
Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 7-12 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free standard shipping on orders over $XX.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Please note: In rare cases, customs inspections may extend delivery times beyond the estimated window.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us at yugeeryi@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages delayed due to customs, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
